Founded on April 4, 2025 by Broker-Owner Salome Penailillo and Broker Associate and partner Juan Carlos Perez, the firm specializes in luxury condominium leasing and sales, residential transactions, and investor representation across South Florida.

The experience behind the brokerage spans more than twenty years. Before real estate, Salome built her career in international corporate sales, managing Fortune 500 accounts and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts. The discipline of complex client relationships and clean execution carried directly into real estate, where she has spent the past twelve years building her reputation across Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

Juan Carlos Perez brings deep transactional experience across a wide range of property types and price points, from entry-level condos to luxury waterfront residences. His range gives the brokerage the flexibility to represent first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and high-net-worth clients with the same level of attention and strategic thinking.
