Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) in partnership with Ennismore and Accor, the tower was envisioned by conceptual artist Carlos Ott and designed by architectural firm CUBE3, whose curvilinear, canoe-shaped glass facade creates a deliberate counterpoint to the adjacent Waldorf Astoria rising next door. Interiors are led by award-winning New York studio Meyer Davis, known for its work with Four Seasons and Auberge Resorts, with the building conceived as a vertical resort that blends residential privacy with immersive lifestyle programming. The result is 421 fully finished residences divided into two collections: the Delano Collection on floors 20 through 47, which allows owners to participate in the hotel's short-term rental program, and Delano Residential on the upper floors for those seeking full-time private living.
