Ombelle Fort Lauderdale is a two-tower, 44-story development of 754 residences at 300 NE 3rd Avenue in Flagler Village. Every residence is delivered fully finished and furnished, and the project surrounds them with roughly 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including the first Equinox club in Fort Lauderdale.

The Developer and Creative Team

Ombelle is developed by Dependable Equities. ODA, the New York firm known for its terraced, open-frame towers, designed the architecture, interiors, and landscape design, with landscape architecture by Witkin Hults + Partners. The project broke ground in 2026, and completion is expected in 2028.

The Residences

Residences range from studios of about 465 square feet to four-bedroom homes and penthouses of about 2,831 square feet. Each comes fully furnished, with 10-foot ceilings, private terraces facing downtown or the Atlantic, European oak or porcelain floors, smart-home controls, and a built-in speaker system. Kitchens by ODA feature European oak cabinetry, honed Calacatta porcelain counters, and an integrated Smeg appliance package, and primary baths include floor-to-ceiling Italian porcelain by Moruzzi and oversized soaking tubs along the window wall.

Amenities and Services

A 35,000-square-foot Equinox club anchors the wellness program, and residents receive a complimentary founding membership. The 10th-floor Sky Deck connects the two towers with sunrise and sunset pools, a poolside bar, private cabanas, a summer kitchen, a yoga lawn, a zen garden, and a mini golf course. Indoors, residents have two pickleball courts, a golf simulator, a game lounge, a screening room, a co-working center with podcast rooms, a music room and rehearsal studio, a library, a private dining room, a residents' café, a kids' club, and a pet spa. A private wellness level adds a fitness center, pilates and yoga studios, a boxing area, a spa with sauna and steam room, and cold plunge pools. The ground-floor square brings a restaurant, cocktail bar, market, and everyday services to the front door.
