The St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bahia Mar is a three-tower development at 801 Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, set between the Intracoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale Beach. It is the first phase of the redevelopment of the 39-acre Bahia Mar peninsula and brings 239 residences serviced by St. Regis, a new St. Regis hotel, and a megayacht marina to one address. Completion is expected in 2030.

The Developer and Creative Team

The project is a partnership of Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Acquisitions. Arquitectonica designed the architecture, Tara Bernerd & Partners designed the interiors, and EDSA is the landscape architect.

The Residences

There are two collections. The Private Residences include 160 homes with three-bedroom plus den and four-bedroom plus den layouts, as well as penthouses. The Resort Collection includes 79 fully furnished two- and three-bedroom residences and four-bedroom multilevel penthouses, ranging from 1,343 to 5,552 square feet. Resort Collection owners may place their residence in the hotel rental program. Resort Collection pricing starts at about $3,088,900.

Amenities and Services

Residents receive St. Regis butler service. The Bahia Mar Club, reserved for residents, includes tennis and padel courts, a lap pool, and a clubhouse. The St. Regis hotel, with about 200 rooms, adds restaurants, a spa, and resort pools. The marina has about 250 slips for yachts up to 350 feet, and a waterfront park and promenade connect the property to the water. Owners also receive Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite status through 2029.
